Elena Sullivan

Massage Heights is proud to have exemplary legal representation from Elena Sullivan, who operates as the brand’s General Counsel. A 20-year veteran commercial trial attorney, she now coordinates all brand compliance with the industry’s strict set of legal rules and FTC regulations. Sullivan earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California’s Gould School of Law, following a bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Boston College. Immensely qualified, she keeps the entire Massage Heights legal department running smoothly – and in accordance - with all applicable laws. This includes all corporate governance, franchise development, administration, compliance risk management, litigation, and third-party vendor relationships. Thanks to her previous nonprofit experience, Sullivan also oversees the Massage Heights Family Fund which provides financial relief and assistance to U.S. Massage Heights Retreat team members and their families in times of crisis, need, or hardship.
